1cup oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
^combine in blender or food processor (gently stir in blueberries)
spoon about 2 tbsp of batter into pan
cook 3 minutes or until tops are bubbled
1 cup blueberries
3/4 cup plain yog
tbsp maple syrup
